Job Summary:
UNDC is seeking an experienced Legal Mandate OSP engineer that is familiar with road improvement plans, completing conflict analysis and submitting work plans to WISDOT and Wisconsin Municipalities. Previous work with telecom conflict work in Wisconsin is a plus. Experience with AT&T outside plant facilities is desired. Experience with AT&T records systems is also desired.
Environment:
This is a full-time, home-based position that requires the incumbent to provide a distraction-free work environment as well as the capabilities to manage their own daily schedule while performing the following responsibilities.
- Must have home office configured for productivity and limited interruptions.
- Extremely reliable high-speed internet and cellular service.
- Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to regulations and policies
- Typical work schedule of Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm with the flexibility to work extended hours
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Reviewing and analyzing road improvement plans to identify conflicts with existing AT&T facilities.
- Ability to read cross sections and plan/profile sheets related to storm drain and other utility structures being placed on road plans.
- Preparing WISDOT forms that are required and related to a work plan or conflict analysis requests.
- Attend weekly status call for updates on existing projects being worked.
- Complete redline designs to relocate telecom facilities after work plans are approved by WISDOT or municipalities.

Salary Range: $30.00 -$40.00 per hour in alignment with experience.
