Telecommunication Pathways for a Connected Future
Complete Pathway Creation Services
As providers build new GPON based Broadband Networks, often MDU/MxU locations/customers can be left out during the initial pass. When revisiting these opportunities, inclusive planning, leading to a creative design that is efficient and as unobtrusive for the property owner can be difficult. UNDC has over a decade of experience performing this practice in metro, urban and suburban environments.

MxU Pathway Creation
Unveiling 'PathwayS' to THE BROADBAND Revolution
Work with client to establish timelines, technical specification, quality thresholds and the SLAs that monitor and track these project elements.

- Project On-boarding and Ramp Up
- Specification Alignment
- Quality Assurance Goals
- Project Tracking
UNDC will schedule appointments with property owners to collaborate planning for the “in-building” network design and construction. Following this, a detailed walkout of the property will be completed with data captured digitally and transferred to UNDC’s design engineers for creation of the design.
- Scheduling and Coordination
- Walkout – Stakeholder Meetings
- Data Transfer to Designers
- Design – MxU and Entry Facilities
- QC/QA
- Project Tracking
- Design to Property and Contact for Approval
- Obtain Certification of Design Acceptance From Service Provider
UNDC design engineers use the data gathered during the walkout to develop the initial design that includes building entrance infrastructure and the “in-building” layout. The design is moved to our quality control engineers for review. Once checked for accuracy and any corrections have been made, the design is delivered to the installation team.

In alignment with negotiated access permissions, UNDC dispatches crews to the site to begin the installation process. Prior to beginning the installation, all safety protocols are established, a pre-job meeting is held and work commences. When a job is completed, a walk-through with the owner/manager is completed to assure work has been built as designed.
